Anti player policies update

Before they opened I thought of them as a world class company. Once they opened this assumption was quickly shattered! They dont even have modern day software. Poker players cannot use accumulated points anywhere (including hotel rooms) but at the low end dedicated poker grill due to "software" issues. Intentional or not, a truly world class company would not treat some of thier loyalists customers in this second rate fashion. It's 2020 this is not a difficult software problem!! Even worse, after only 6 months of operation, they sneakily raised the rake! With the silly promotions they are now scooping 8 dollars from most pots! It's close to the point where even a great player would have difficulty overcoming this level of rake in the long run. Gary, the head manager, claims he has no power over this which is very hard to believe. It's a shame as Encore Boston had a chance at becoming the new epicenter of the poker world, but with policies like this that's impossible! UPDATE: Although I do see the aforementioned policies as net negative long term, Gary does seem to genuinely be an advocate of the poker player and a nice human being overall!
