Im a everyday poker player that plays all over new england and atlantic city. So heres my thoughts. Buildings beautiful location sucks. The traffic comin up and leaving is horrendous. The competition is great along with the action. Promos have been best around. Their comps are horrible. The worst ive seen out of any major poker room. Dealers are terrible here. Not all are some came from vegas or other casinos. I noticed many pots where the dealer didnt count the money. The players basically police the games. No control. The food around the casino has been pretty good. The poker grill is terrible. Everything is way over priced throughout the casino. People are complaining over drinks but they do offer a better drink selection than everyone. (Dont drink but i see it) the waitresses are all drop dead gourgeous (major plus) but they do take awhile to get you a drink. The poker room is pretty busy always so it is understandable. I find them pleasant and competent. I havent had much dealings with management but all the poker rooms have there issues. Nothing different here. They could be better could be worse. All and all i play for action. I want chips flying around the table and encore has the best action in new england. Ill continue to go but they do need to be run better all around. Theres 2 many casinos out there and if u want to corner the market u have to outshine everyone. Right now there poker room does but the rest of the casino does not
