Management plays favorites with certain locals. Lets them skip the line, puts them on the top of the list, etc. They are very lazy, twice in the last week my name wasn't on the list at all when I arrived, this after calling in ahead of time. The first time I honestly feel they forgot, no big deal, people make mistakes. Today I got there didn't check in, I see my name as a call in. Ok cool. I decide to not check in as I wanted to walk freemont for a few minutes. I check in 40 minutes after calling in, you have an hour just so you're all aware. My name is no where to be found on the list? So what happened? The boss says you called in a long time ago, I pulled out my phone showing I had 20 minutes left. They just laughed. If you want a place run well don't play downtown, take a cheap ubur and venture to the strip for a much overall better experience.
