Mediocre poker room. Many of the dealers have no idea how to even deal poker, regularly shipping the pot towards the loser of the hand by accident, exposing cards while dealing, etc...and it's like $14 a beer, I've seen them "cut off" people who don't even seem drunk...the security asks me for ID every time, even though I'm 40 and play here almost daily...the AC is either on full blast and everyone needs to wear a hoodie or freeze to death, or it's just off and everyone is sweating...there is usually only ONE cashier open, and you can't buy chips at the table - meaning you have to wait in line for 20 min to get chips. Unfortunately, poker players have no other options besides Niagara. So they have no incentive to be better
