The 407 is supposed to take traffic away from the 401. But nooooo let's allow the 407 to toll you up the @#$% and disincentivize people to get off the 401 lol. The government should have been at least tolling the 401 to incentivize people to get off of it. So you have all these tax dollars that went towards building the 407 only to be sold to a private company and now people are disincentivized to use it.
