I made my way to the Casino for the WSOPC events the weekend of April 25th to the 27th. The WSOP dealers and tournament staff were excellent and everything was run professionally. The tournament room was well run as are most WSOPC stops. The "normal poker room" staff was rude and did not offer much in terms of help/personality. I was in SOFLA last week and played at several different venues with with great customer service. I am not a complainer or looking to be treated special. The room had VERY little control over the regulars who were actually berating a woman on the table behind me. Drunk regulars basically told the staff to F off and leave them alone. The staff did find time to selectively enforce the "no electronics at the table". IF this was not the only options for 200 miles this room would be a ghost town...supply/demand I guess.
