I just moved to Eugene, Oregon from Houston, Texas about 4-5 months ago. Out of all the card rooms in this area which there are really not a lot compared to Houston this is by far the best. The staff is professional and very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and well maintained a bit small but, did not seem that crowded even during the busy times. The player base is mostly long time regulars but, I did not feel out of place at all or unwelcome in fact just the opposite. The only negative was the food is limited to snacks and drinks but, there are plenty of restaurants and fast food in the area. I really liked High Mountain and will be returning a lot I am sure.
