I stopped playing there months ago and there are other great poker rooms in town. Just go on poker Atlas and pick one to try. 88(formerly 52), lost me as a customer for the same lame reasons. You should consider another club because soon, they'll be like Prime. No one will go there because of the horrible customer service. The floor is always a joke, they just can't seem to do anything about any problems and that's cool with me, I just don't need to patronize them anymore.
