Played my first tournament here today. The dealers kept messing up and were just plain rude in general. They acted like they didnt even want to be there. To be fair, the music was up a little louder than it should have been and they were having trouble hearing call outs from the players, but when we requested the speaker be lowered a little, the management just told us to talk louder. They also had only one waiter on staff for the whole room and took almost an hour just to get her attention for a moment to get a bottle of water. Nice place, but they have work to do in regards to customer service overall.
