Good place for cash games with mostly friendly staff and dealers and they have a decent menu. Some of the dealers have a bad attitude, and when the floor isn't watching seem to misdeal and not even care about exposed cards, extra burned cards, etc. sometimes but the crowd of players and management usually have a fair ruling. Some of the staff are standing around a lot at times it's hard to get chips or service. Tournaments aren't attracting players for some reason and it might be due to prize pool that isn't standard, or aren't offering guarantees
