Staff is freindly and professional, they make you feel welcome but also control the games well.
Action is generally good, and comps are good though it is annoying that you have to ask a manager to get them printed out.
My biggest issue with this room is they're only open 5 days a week. So if you forget and go there sometimes the room is closed. Likewise if you want to use a comp on a day they're closed you're out of luck since you need a manager.
