The appearance of the poker room is excellent! Exposed brick and you get decent amount of privacy. It's clean. Floor staff is nice. Now for the reason it gets a rating of 3. Don't expect drinks. I'd rather pay for drinks than wait for the complimentary ones. It's insane. The lady straight up forgot my drinks. Me working in a profession that requires me to identify liars. I knew she didn't forget she was working off instructions from management. I understand it's a poor area and people may take advantage of it. However, dont tax folks who drive from hours away to come and visit. You are exactly the same distance from Boston as Mohegan and foxwoods! So you should probably shoot to compete like they do. Poker room will suffer if this drink and worrying about weather your getting fleeced for said complementary drinks. You opened in Springfield....I would have advised against that
