I've been playing here for quite a few years and I would have to say that they have really gone downhill. The dealers never really know the what the promotions are and they are very unorganized. I find that games break frequently because the floor managers don't fill games properly and players get upset about half full tables. Management always seem to side with the dealers, which I can respect, but they often make calls without hearing out the players or checking the cameras, which can be annoying. Wait staff is spotty, and food is pretty boring. You can't even get breakfast potatoes with your late night breakfast. WTH????
