Play favoritism a lot- they got a dealer there for many years and gets away with barely shuffling the deck , When it comes to tournaments Many times seen dealer being rude , to players do card rooms get audited, 50 /50 some decent dealers and a few really really @#$% ones - I'm sure it's a reason there staff is what it is - and why they keep them seems like they don't want good dealers - then they would have to pay them more??? I can't mechanically put my finger on it.....
