Couldn't ask for a better poker room to be a regular at. My father Peter has been coming here for years and when i finally started playing it was natural for me to come here.
The point system for playing can really start to add up, but its not something I'd particularly make note of. Generally large casinos are going to be able to afford to give more comps to the player, so if thats what your focus is? Maybe the Hardrock is a better choice.
All of the dealers are really nice and professional! Occasionally you'll get a starry-eyed new dealer that requires you to pay extra attention to everything thats going on. but generally even the new dealers do a good job. At the end of the day, its YOUR money, and you have to pay attention to whats going on... but mishaps are few and far between. If anything questionable happens, the floor will make sure everything is FAIR and doesn't break the rules.
All these negative reviews are from people who visited early on in the poker rooms lifespan or clearly have attitude issues. Yes, you will get thrown out if your a PoS or too Sh!tFaced. That's a +1 for me idk about you.
