Unfortunate situation today in regards to the ongoing promotion. Management refused to pay out their quads promotion when I won a hand with AK all in pre and the runout was JKK6K, so made hand was KKKKA with both hole cards playing. When mgmt came over to qualify the hand they said I needed to have a pocket pair to qualify for quads promotion despite it not being written anywhere (only says both hole cards must play). I asked for them to produce the terms of the promo in writing outside of what was on the board and posted online and they said "they would change it right now"... so altering the clearly written rules on the board was the resolution.
Not in love with the decision, of course, I would've rather been presented with the written terms but they were never produced and I was just met with a verbal ruling only.
Love the room and the action but this was a big disappointment.
