They ran a poker tournament and the director told the only table of 8 that qualified for the money and day2 the wrong start time so only 23 players showed up out of 31 for day2 and they ran it anyway instead of thinking logically as to why 8 players aren't there and rather then take accountability and compensate their customers who were put at a unfair advantage and forfeited dead chips and some players blinded out, when management was approached they said they can't afford to do that however profit millions a year. That's not how to run a successful business putting their customers second to themselves and have become the slowest casino in Calgary
