Room is nice...apparently they just got new chairs...they are nice but too big. Players are constantly bumping each other and there is no room to walk between tables.
The good news is there are a lot of recreational players filling the seats. The bad new is a lot of shenanigans like you see in small town casinos goes on...shouldn't Red Rock be above this? Lots of raising players out and checking hands down after 3rd player is squeezed out. Lots of players whispering about what cards they discarded while the hands were still in play. Dealers make no attempt to control this behavior. Not a lot of professionalism. However, if you want a homey feel with a senior citizen community center vibe this is the place for you.
its hit or miss...some are good, while others are atrocious. Thanks to the Bravo login system they all know your name...I know it is supposed to be a friendly atmosphere and I am sure I am in the minority but I don't like being addressed by my first name...we're not friends. Do you let your restaurant server call you by your first name? I know this is petty and I'm sure I am in the minority but a dealer's job is to deal the cards and move the game not to schmooze with the customers.
Favoritism is definitely given to the locals. Not a lot of regard for following rules or standard procedures. The games run more like home games where anything goes.
