You need to appreciate customers - they make your business what it is.
You advertise a 24 hr poker room- at 6 am the 1-2 game breaks and within the last 15 minutes prior the DC list goes from 1 to 12- everyone on their way but they decide to leave??? Knowing full well of this the decision is made... wrongly!!!!
On top of that you advertise free early morning breakfast- I've been here 5 times recently and got
Offered it twice??? Excuses made but wtf cares.
This is pathetic customer service and if you can't see it for what it is you are lead by morons!!!!
I expect to hear from the games manager or casino manager
