Room isn't run well, and the management doesn't care. Tables will sit ready to be opened with a dealer for a whole down, but never get opened. There are always long waitlists and never enough tables open. No call in lists. Can't rebuy at the table if you bust. Cant leave your phone on the rail. Can't get a drink most of the time. Cant eat in the room. I wish this room had any reasonable competition/alternative. As it is, we're pretty much stuck with this option, and they know it.
