No tournaments but there is usually one 1/3 Hold'em table going. They don't have any promos but they order dinner for you and also have free sodas and water. Usually something to snack on is also available free of charge. Dealers and staff are friendly and I haven't found any @#$% players like in other places (steel house for example).
