Incompetent management would be an understatement. I had an issue with Kate (day shift supervisor) her customer service was not existent and she was quite rude. I had to get other members of the staff to assist me as she refused. She actually screamed at me like an upset child right at the front podium, totally out of control of her emotions. "GOOD FOR YOU!!!!" she screamed at me three times. It was like she had no clue what her job was and when confronted with that fact she lost all control of her emotions. Dealers and other staff were all exceptional in my experience and great guest too. Management is without a doubt the issue here.
