Poor floor management not taking the players complaint seriously , food are expensive and few choices,can't make simple order possible. Some poker dealers are not paying attention to the game, talking to much and when players said to them to pay attention they got mad and when players complained this to floor person, they did nothing. A lot of times dealers turned the next card to soon without completing the betting and caused players not winning the pot.
