Dealers take the cards straight out of the shuffle machine and deal them and refuse to cut the cards before dealing. Further, the staff aggressively insists you have a players card on the table, which the yrack wirelessly. Way too much left open to the imagination here. They need to allow the dealers to cut/shuffle when players request they do so.
