Great card room, management and dealers are great and have not had an issue with any of them. I was there the other night and power went down twice while I was playing cash games, once for 15 min and the other for close to 30 and management comped 2 hours of time for occasion. A great and more than fair response to something completely out of their control. Only gripe is that I need more people wanting to play NLH after 1:30 am dangit. My table broke down last night as there were only two of us and even though I was wanting to play more the only tables going were PLO and mixed games. Waited around 45 min for a seat at the mixed games to open up before deciding to head home. Again nothing Shuffle 214 can control so no negatives on them for that.
