Really disappointed at the apparent lack of effort put into training the extra dealers brought in for this event. Knowledgeable dealers could have made up for the unpleasant and rude floor.
Having 3 different black chips, 2 different pink chips, and poor lighting slowed the action almost as much as the dealers holding up the play making early change and/or stealing the chips in the pot.
