There’s bad and then there’s terrible. This room definitely is terrible. Used to be one of my favorite poker rooms to visit. After Covid it’s turned to garbage. The wait lists are absolutely ridiculous and they don’t care. The floor people are rude as @#$%. That’s what happens when Indian casinos don’t have to provide customer service because they are backed by the government if they fail. Don’t waste your time and money going here travel to Vegas or try another room in Phoenix this one totally sucks.
