Unfriendly, poorly managed, poorly informed, joke of a card room. They have tournaments where all their regulars from other TCH locations show up and get preferential treatment and then they have 0 games going any other time. Play at other local rooms and don't give a cent to this TCH Houston room. They're just hurting the local community that is all. Food and beverage service is poor, management is the worst I've seen in the country and I've lived in 13 different states playing poker. GM is a hack who doesn't perform due diligence and allows employees to spread lies and interfere with players. The most UNPROFESSIONAL management I've ever seen. There are several other card rooms in the immediate area that provide better services all around don't waste your time at this cheap imitation!
