I've been a long time poker player through the years across many countries and casinos. My first impression, the room is too dark! The girl twins/sisters waitress are a disaster! Only come to check on players their time! I waived one down and actually showed a beer to one of them and she completely ignored me! Now for the floor manager, first impressions are impactful, but this guy doesn't seem to have the customers service mentality.
I guess only time will tell... MTF
