You get on the waiting list, they skip, when your called they don't give you more than 5 minutes, there is favorites, and bias people going around, especially if they know you are a skilled poker player they don't want you messing up their prop players. Honestly was a great poker room that has gone to sh** I would hope they get their service waiters up on staff, friendlier people than charles, the old guy that's at the front desk has been great since I started here but I don't know about these young guys coming in and picking favorites. They will purposely stack cards, show cards ect.. anything they can get away with they will try doing it. This poker room turning out to be a joke.
