WTCH has the biggest public games with the best action for hundreds of miles. While they don't have games every day, which is disappointing, any time a game is running this is my go to place. The biggest action is always found here - the nearest place that has 10/20 or 25 OTB occasionally is probably DFW. Dealers are experienced, friendly, and very, very quick. Snack food is fine, but it's free. This is also the only place around that has a bad beat jackpot - it's not huge, but it's the only one around.
