Not as spacious as the Venetian or Caesars, but the room is very nicely done. Chairs, tables and furnishings are all top notch.
I played in the room for about 6 hours at the 1/3 NL table. The competition seemed about the same as the low limit tables at the other big rooms (Venetian, Caesars, MGM, etc.): at any given time, 1 or 2 really good players, 1 or 2 not so good players (such as tourists who are drinking too much and just there to splash around), and the remainder were pretty solid/experienced players (i.e., able to read a board, betting to protect a hand, making standard "plays", not making obvious errors, etc.).
In terms of pure dealing skills, the dealers I saw were really good. However, for me, this was completely offset by something that I found VERY off-putting all evening long. It seemed like every other dealer was being very chatty and a little too familiar with the 3 locals at the table, including to the point that they were all tolerating rude and border-line abusive behavior by one particular local guy. I have played for many years, I play in Los Angeles casinos about 4 nights a week, and I play in Vegas 1-2 days a month, so it's not like I haven't seen or learned to deal with this situation. But I have to say that it was going on at a substantially higher level than what I've seen at other places. Over the line, in my opinion. It makes people feel unwelcome or like maybe there isn't a completely level playing field (such as if the dealer had to make a call on a dispute between players). Based on this alone, I probably won't go there any more. There are just too many other really good rooms in Vegas where you don't have to put up with that crap.
Fairly quick service. Waitresses were polite and service-oriented. All were very attractive too.
Fine -- competently run room, nothing special in terms of service at the low limit level. The fact that they tolerate the dealer situation that I mentioned previously doesn't say much for them though.
Also, I'm not sure if this is strictly a management issue, but I really didn't like the $3 chips used at the 1/3 game. It's a little disorienting, and the dealers sometimes just call out the number of chips instead of dollar values. Makes it more difficult to calculate odds, etc.
Didn't ask, don't really care.
