Management is poor in spots. Leadership needs improvement, and standards raised. While most of the cocktail waitresses are great at their job, there are those are unfriendly, semi incompetent, and overzealous in extracting tips. Chasers has a higher poker atlas rating than Encore. This should be concerning to the management team.
