Flamingo Management needs to step up

The room is pretty small. Like an after thought, "Hey, we need some space for poker players." Slots are five feet away and can be noisy. Less smoke rather than non-smoking since the room is surrounded by smoking slot players on three sides.

There are some locals that play there regularly but the cash tables and tourneys are mostly tourists looking to get lucky. Had a couple newbies at the table each time I played. No big sharks looking for fish at this casino.

Dealers were friendly but handicapped by slack floor mgt. Some organization is badly needed. Dealers missed the increase to the next level three times. Had to be remined by playerss.

Always available on a 10 - 20 minute cycle it seemed to me. Some kockouts and some grandmas.

The tourney's always started late. Sign ups for the cash games and tourneys were handled by the Floor Person who was also answering the phone. They let cash players jump tables without involvement by the mgt. They need more people to handle the load.

Ok high hand jack pot. No food or other comps.
