Room was in fair condition, felts looked a little worn. Chairs felt a little worn. Atmosphere was ok for a Sunday night.
Game seemed fairly average. It was a limit game but players seemed very familar and what I would expect from a limit table.
Dealers seemed to handle game well, I don't recall any screw ups or issues where floor need to be called. Dealer did have a a hard time with one drunk player who couldn't decide whether he was cashing out and kept having his rack on the table. Eventually the drunk moved from the table after being told repeatedly by the dealer.
Service wasn't very good in my opinion. There seemed to be one waitress working the room and it definitely felt like you needed to focus on getting her attention rather then just placing an order regularly on her rotation.
No issues with management.
Free roll on Monday and Wednesday night for 4 hours of play. HET Total rewards points, which are a solid value in my opinion.
