very loose-passive

Nothing special here. The room is nothing more than a sectioned-off portion of the casino. Tables were of average quality. On the plus side, if you smoke, you need only step just outside the wall to light up.

The room advertises 2/4 and 4/8 limit, but the floorman told me that 4/8 games are rare there. The 2/4 game I played was the most passive game I've ever seen. It was like an online .01/.02 game, with 7-8 to a flop. Players (all locals and bad tourists) routinely limped AA-1010, AK and AQ. Preflop raises didn't happen. I didn't get many cards to do much with during my session, but was astounded at the softness of this game. I didn't try the 1/2 NL game.

The three dealers who worked my table were competent and personable. I observed no mistakes.

Service was quick enough, but if you pass dead time in a room ogling waitresses, this one will disappoint you.

The floorman I spoke with was friendly and answered all my questions. He tried to get me to sign up for the $55 tourney at 5 p.m., but I had other committments that day. There is no published list, just a clipboard. I actually got passed over when they opened a new 2/4 game, but the floorman quickly seated me at the existing one. If my name was called, I didn't hear it, but no big deal.

Didn't inquire as to any comps, and no jackpots as far as I could tell.
