B.L.U.F.: On September 12 in the early afternoon, I was called to the poker room when my name came to the top of the list. I approached the counter where the supervisor was standing and waited for him to acknowledge me as he appeared busy. He never did. I put $500 on the table, and he counted it out and put a rack of chips in front of him. He never said a word. I said, “You're not going to say a word to me?” and he just stared at me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any employee of any casino.
