Wheelchair Accessibility:
This place has a space enough to maneuver a manual wheelchair.
Nearest restroom: you have to take the elevator (which is inside the poker room) just to get to the nearest restroom.
Best or nearest entrance: Main entrance from the street. It's kinda far (for a manual wheelchair user like myself) if you are coming from the back parking garage.
I'm giving a 3 star rating because of what I explained above; all other information such as comps, dealers, management, etc. are irrelevant to me as this can change dependent upon the staff or management.
