First experience of poker in Vegas and found the MGM to be a great introduction. Headed over on the day of the fight and found 5-6 tables of 1-2 running, at least a couple of 2-5 and a single 5-10 table. Hopped on the list for 1-2 (which was 25 deep at that point) and was seated within half an hour. The list was managed well and tables were opened up quickly as people dropped from their morning tournament. The second daily tournament was cancelled to keep space open for cash.

The game itself was pretty good - probably 1/3 drunk / bad tourists, 1/3 nitty regular types and 1/3 bad regular types. Definitely some good money to be made.
