I called to put my name on the waitlist and arrived a minute late so they put me at the end of the waitlist. I drove an hour to get there. The person taking the call knew I had an hour drive. Had they mentioned that this would happen I would have called 20 minutes later. I found the front desk manager to be rude and lacking the slightest bit of customer service. I left and will never return. I was very disappointed with the lack of service.
