Important of CUSTOMER SERVICE, by Warren Buffett:

So pay attention to what really are important to Poker players.
Put a 5 minutes training in the beginning of every shift for all your supervisors and dealers.
Train them, once the player show up on the front desk say "Hi, Welcome " by supervisors, and so many other things.
Supervisors, dealers, waitresses, Managers, CEO,
ARE IN THE CASINO(BUSINESS) because of PLAYERS,
Players are NOT there because of them, of course, if Management care about the business.
Sometimes they don't care. I remember , about a few months ago, I gave a comment to one of supervisors, Ebrahim, regarding how they can back PLO to Parq casino from Villa. I was shocked by his reply.
He said" we are busy enough, we don't want to be more busy by those kind of PLO players".
About two weeks ago ,a regular Omaha players was kicked out by an irregular poker manager. I don't know what was the story but what is important is that always there is a way to manage the situation in a right way, that’s the reason which any business hire a Manager. Kick out a customer is the easiest way that everyone can do that and don't need to be a manager to do that, just call security. A good and powerful Manager finds a way to calm down a customer and think about the business as long as safety of business let them. ($25/hr, per each player)
Kicking out a customer is not the power, POWER is to make happy a customer, especially an angry one!!! And make more profit.
