They don't get it that, the problem is staff, food, services.
But it depends that what kind authority they have to fix the problems. If they can NOT shuffle the dealers and supervisors, forget it. If they don't have authority to fix garbage food, services, forget it. If they can Not change dealers, Supervisors by even single complaint, forget it. Stick with that 20 million dollars revenue annually and give the cut of BCLC.
