People complain about playing against each other on machines but you can get a 2 table tourney done within 2 hours. It's just a touch screen interface like a waiter/waitress would use. People use their player card as a stylus but if you just leave your finger on the screen for a moment you'll get a response. It's a less intimidating format for new players because you do not have to physically handle chips. Much like online poker, players chip stacks are displayed for your benefit.
