Still a great room after the year I've been in SAT. Super clean and put together. The water free coffee and soda are great. The food has always been amazing.
The day front staff are all great and cordial. Management is always nice and efficient. The dealers are superb and they all run smooth. Lucky, the dealer is quick and very cordial. Keeps the games running efficiently and quickly which players like. Top notch!
One thing I'd like to see change is that players getting their initial chips should be required to buy them at the cage. So many players hold the game up cause they either don't know they can buy them at the cage or they are just careless about wasting other players time and money and costing the dealer the extra hand or two in tips. It's huge in the long run. For instance, the other day 3 new players sat down and everyone of them bought their chips at the table. This ended up taking a few minutes and then a fill was immediately required to top off the rack of chips for the dealer. Other clubs like TCH make the initial buy in to be purchased at the cage and the games don't get held up as much. It's a win for the players and the dealers. Just a thought.
