Been there a few times. Here is my take so far.
1. Management is great! They really do put customer service first!
2. The room looks great but the table is uncomfortable to seat at for prolonged hours. It's a 10 seat fold up table with cup holders at off places.
3. They need to really work on training their dealers. Some of them made a mistake at virtually every hand and players needed to assist them constantly.
4. No snacks available for purchase or gratis. They do have complimentary drinks but no snacks at all. This is a problem since after few hours you either have to fight hunger or leave.
Like others have noted, new room so very limited games available. Hopefully with proper promotions they can have greater number of players showing up.
