Still a work in progress

Room has been open for several months but feels like it's only been a few weeks as they continue to work out the kinks. They were out of 'ink" so couldn't print player cards. Host who checked me in didn't tell me about the happy hour (then running) in buying time, nor the discount to buy time in bulk. 1/3 dealers at our table very inexperienced and made very basic mistakes but other 2 seemed solid. Several times players bought chips (and/or "tokes" to tip dealers) at table then one guy told by floor he could only buy them from the cage which was completely inconsistent with what had already happened. Cook didn't show up so "Poker Bar and Grill" became just the "Poker Bar." Inconsistent pricing on drinks. Seemed like most of the employees had only been there a few days. Again, felt like place just opened a couple of weeks ago and needs to stabilize employees and processes to begin to be a legitimate alternative to their competitor 15 minutes north. Giving the Dealers a 4/5 but 2 of them deserved a 5; other one pulls them down based on lack of experience. 1 on the Food and Drink to to lack of food. Bartenders/servers friendly and competent but to advertise having a "grill" and then being unable to serve food is just completely unacceptable. Ultimately the problems lie on the management.
