The room is inviting, good paint and lighting. The tables and chairs are in good condition and comfortable. I was at cash tables near the hallway, so there was a fair amount of foot traffic to peek at.
Generally the players are beatable, a couple decent players at each table, a couple idiots and a lot of weak passives.
Dealers were all friendly, funny and dealt good games without errors.
The cocktails were good and delivered quickly, never was thirsty.
Excellent management! Only one manager was on staff both times I played, had cash games going, as well as tournament going, all while managing lists well and churning out players cards.
Excellent comps, $2/hr for cash game poker play! As a result enjoyed the TI buffet.
