"Ice Cold" (Literally)

Nice little room away from all the casino noise. Maybe too far off the beaten path to attract walk by customers.
I had 1 MAJOR problem with this room & the management, I played for about 4 hours and was soooo cold cause they have the AC vent blowing directly on the right side of the table.. I informed the floorman that myself and my entire side of the table were freezing, & I got the "I'll call someone" response after about another hour of this I noticed a guy's nametag that said "Poker room Manager" so I went up to him and asked him if anything can be done about he said "sure" so after about another hour and a half of this and having to walk outside by the pool every 10 minutes to warm up, the air was never turned down and all the players were sitting there with their arms crossed trying to keep warm, I could'nt take it any more and had to leave.. I really was enjoying the game and the players and would have stayed for several more hours If it wasn't so dam cold.
I would not recommend playing in this room unless you bring your winter jacket and wear many layers of clothing. (even though it's 100 degrees outside).

I was on the 1-3 no limit game, mostly tourists who were very willing to throw their money around with any 2 cards.. a couple local rocks who stay in only with the Nuts.

ALl dealers were green and they seem like their all fresh out of school. one didn't know that if you change seats and move Closer to the Big Blind that you dont have to post. One didn't know that if you miss a blind and wait for it to get back to you that you only have to come in for the big blind Not both..Side pots were also a problem.
Even though there all Newbies they all said Hi when entering the Box, and were fairly pleasant. Nobody stood out.

Waitresses were between 40-50 yrs old. The service was good they came around often.

I'm giving the management a BAD because it really seems like they dont care about their customers needs.. When I have to goto the Poker Room Manager to get the air turned down and he just blows it off thats not good customer service. this is not a good way for a New room to attract repeat business...
I played on a Saturday afternoon from approx 1 to 5pm they only had 1 Nl game going & one 2-4 limit game going. The casino was very busy but the poker room was very slow. (probably cause It was soooo dam cold in there, Do I seem bitter about this?)

I had read that they serve Doughnuts in the morning & food in the afternoon but there was nothing there, maybe they stopped this already.
No jackpots, wheel spins Ect. They do swipe your card at the table but I dont know the amount they give you for it. ( maybe they should give away sweatshirts gloves and jackets)
