Just shy of perfection

Other than the silly Johnny Chan jewelry, the decor of this room is perfect. It's a fun room with personable staff and dealers.

Dodging bad beats and coolers are the only issues here. Less than 1% of the players have any idea how to play a deep stacked cash game.

Solid all the way around. Great attitudes. If there's a questionable issue, they don't have a problem with the floor being called for a ruling. They grasp brand new games and lesser known games with professionalism.

If I had done this review two weeks earlier, I'd have given them a 4. Since then, I've had waitresses not only remembering my drinks, but bringing me a new one w/o me asking.

Management is humble, gracious, and generous towards all levels of players. They do not take any crap from players who are out of line and quickly settle disputes with professionalism. They take suggestions to heart and as a frequent player, I feel my voice is not only heard but expressed to upper management.

The only problem I have with the room is the new promotions. I don't have a problem with them in general, but I do not care for the $50 I lose during each session to the jackpot pool. The $1 take from every pot reaching $10 gets very expensive when you take down a pot on the flop. It adds up quick. If it weren't for this, it'd be an easy perfect rating. The $2/hr comps are one of the top reasons I play here. A bit more flexibility towards where they can be used and TI gets a perfect rating from me.
