Visited Halloween weekend and played in Sat night headhunters
Room is still small and cramped, which proved to be the catalyst for my dissatisfaction
Fairly weak competition in the tourney
Highest rating I could give them and it is only this high due to the actions of one dealer
OK now we get into it. Due to the cramped room, the CW loss control of her tray and dumped a Kahlua on me (Seat 1) and local in 2.
Accidents happen, I am not upset by the spill, but rather everything that transpired next
As for the CW she was apparently unaware she doused me since she never looked or acknowledged I had been spilt on.
Fortunately for local in 2, he was obviously known to the TI staff as his damage (kahlua on his shirt) was noted immediately
Mgmt truly deserve a negative score.
The local in 2 had kahlua on the RIGHT sleeve of his shirt. No one from TI even bothered to LOOK and see if I was similarily damaged. For thw record I had kahlua all over my left leg, left shoe and the left side of my chair
Staff were gracious enough to get local in 2 a towel to dry off; I got to sit in Kahlua.
Finally the dealer asked me if I was OK and I showed him the damage and he called for another towel (which took 2 mins for him to even get Troys attention)
A totally inadequate response IMO
Don't care won't be back
